Smash Bastards was born from an obsession with one thing: making a seriously good smash burger. Created in Bangkok by Spanish chefs Javi and Sergio, it started with a simple question: how can we make a burger that's faster, fresher and better every single time?
So we obsessed over everything. The beef. The smash. The crust. The potato bun. The cheese. The sauces. The equipment. The packaging. The kitchen layout. Even the seconds it takes to get a freshly cooked burger into your hands.
Our burgers are made with 100% Australian beef, smashed to order on a screaming-hot griddle to create that deep, crispy crust that defines a proper smash burger. They're served on soft potato buns and finished with bold combinations — from the classics to our own creations with truffle, carbonara, jalapeños, caramelised onions and our signature sauces.
But Smash Bastards isn't just about burgers. It's about doing simple things ridiculously well. We built our kitchen around speed and consistency, allowing us to prepare fresh orders in around three minutes without sacrificing quality. No burgers sitting around waiting. No unnecessary bullshit. Just hot, freshly smashed burgers made to order. We're constantly testing, changing and improving — because good enough isn't the point.
Smash it. Serve it hot. Make it bastardly good.
Welcome to Smash Bastards.
We're always hunting for hungry people: cooks, riders, front of house. No bullshit CVs needed — just tell us who you are and what you've done.
